Hi, I'm Dave and I am pleased to offer apartments for rent in Augusta, Maine.  I am a very hands-on property manager who responds promptly to my tenants' concerns and requests.   My tenants are my customers and I strive for complete customer satisfaction.  Because of this, my apartment turnover rate is extremely low so we don't have apartments become available very often.
